The role is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of assessment and planning services to offenders at South Coast Correctional Centre.What we''re looking for someone who has :Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficientlyProficient communicator with intermediate technology skillsCan prioritise in a high volume and sensitive environmentRelevant experience in leading small teams is a plusEssential requirementsHave operational experience in planning and scheduling educational program : Vocational Training, Foundation skills, traineeships, core skills assessments (CSA)Proven experience to meet Key Accountabilities and Key Challenges detailed on Role DescriptionProven experience in computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office and Excel spread sheetsCurrent driver licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the roleAssignment to this role is subject to Criminal Records Check, Medical and Capability Assessments.We do work that really mattersWorking for the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) provides lots of opportunities to make a real difference.
