We have a range of specialist positions available in areas such as Administration, Enrolments and Billing.As a Level 2 School Officer, you will ideally have experience in providing general and personal assistant administration in a complex environment. You should have the ability to coordinate multiple activities with minimal supervision within tight timeframes with a strong customer service focus and the ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to coordinate contractors, combined with excellent attention to detail will be key to success in this role.Administration/ReceptionistYou will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and wider school community. The successful applicant will model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community, and teaching staff. You should be an efficient, innovative, and enthusiastic team member able to work within a large, shared office, both collaboratively and independently, with minimal supervision.You should be able to provide general administrative support including organisation of executive calendars, operate a busy switchboard, liaise with students and parents, assist with the onboarding of new staff, key and faults management as well as interview process coordination. In this role you will ideally be proficient in Schools Information System (SIS), Compass, as well as all Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note and MS Forms.EnrolmentsIn an Enrolments role you should have the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our school community. As the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, you will ideally assist in building positive relationships between families and the College. You should be friendly, organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks. You should handle enrolment enquiries and information, ensuring effective, accurate and professional service. Suitable applicants should have strong administration, interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge and experience of school enrolment procedures. In this role you should be proficient in SIS, Compass, as well as all Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note and MS Forms.Billing OfficerYou should be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and wider school community. You should be an efficient, innovative, and enthusiastic team member able to work within a large, shared office, both collaboratively and independently, with minimal supervision.You will be responsible for a diverse range of daily operations, including RM Billing, Excursion Management, Debt Collection, Receipting, End of Month, and Banking, whilst also providing financial advice to staff, including the administration and operation of school databases and management information systems as required. Experience with SIS Administration, advanced RM Billing knowledge, RM Finance, Compass, and MS Office, producing mail merge documents and Excel spreadsheets will be highly regarded.
