The successful applicant would be teaching in a diverse educational setting and will ideally have expertise in multi age planning and explicit teaching practices. The ability to quickly establish a positive and welcoming classroom environment with high expectations and a growth mindset, while building students'' social and emotional skills, would be highly regarded.Familiarity with evidence based programs such as InitialLit, MultiLit and Learning Through Doing would be highly regarded, along with a commitment to delivering engaging and high quality learning programs that maximise student outcomes.
