The TeamMersey Leven Community Nursing and Home Care Service (MLCHN&HCS) operates within a Primary Health framework to deliver nursing and home care services to clients within our catchment area. Our catchment area covers from Ulverstone in the west, to Baker Beach in the East and South to Lorinna and Moina.
