This position has operational responsibility for delivering fitout projects in commercial leased spaces, working with QGAO and QBuild and client contacts to deliver fitforpurpose operational workspaces for the department''s business units.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProject coordination and leadership Develop work schedules to ensure delivery of quality leased tenancy minor works and maintenance projects that provide appropriate accommodation solutions on time and within budget.Corporate governance, policy and procedures Document, retain and record all business decisions from conception/allocation to delivery of assigned projects and activities ensuring consistency with wholeofgovernment and departmental frameworks, policies and procedures.Purchasing and procurement Purchase goods and services for projects consistent with government and industry standards, procurement guidelines, policies and procedures.Team participation and administration Work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member, provide technical and administrative support to branch management, and contribute to achievement of the branch objectives.
