Your role will manage all operational aspects of the agricultural research site, from infrastructure and resources to budgeting and stakeholder relations. You will focus on supporting research outcomes while ensuring the site''s commercial sustainability.About You / QualificationsDegree in a relevant agricultural or business discipline or equivalent experience.Proven ability to lead and manage agricultural operations, including infrastructure, resources, and personnel.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and business planning.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for a research or commercial site.Experience in commercial marketing and sales of agricultural produce to ensure financial sustainability.Ability and willingness to live on-site.
