The role is responsible for guiding major industrial relations negotiations on behalf of the department, ensuring outcomes that support organisational objectives while fostering constructive relationships across key stakeholders.About youAs the Director of Industrial Relations Reform, you will be a highly skilled and politically astute leader with extensive experience negotiating complex awards and industrial instruments, implementing industrial relations policyincluding the NSW Government''s Fair Pay and Bargaining Policyand managing sensitive, highrisk issues through strong engagement with unions, employees, employers and other key stakeholders.
