We are hiring a Senior Process Intelligence & Improvement Consultant for one of our leading technology clients in Australia. This is a high-impact consulting role where you will use data, process mining, and continuous improvement techniques to transform complex business operations.You will work closely with senior leaders and business teams to uncover hidden process inefficiencies, design future-state workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes using process intelligence, analytics, and change leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Process ConsultingPartner with senior stakeholders to define business problems, frame hypotheses, and identify high-value improvement opportunities.Translate complex data into clear insights that drive executive decisions and transformation priorities.Process Discovery & AnalysisLead end-to-end process discovery through SME workshops, documentation reviews, and best practice research.Create as-is and to-be process maps, highlighting customer pain points, risks, and control gaps.Extract, transform, and analyse structured data to support diagnostics and improvement programs.Apply process mining and analytics tools to uncover bottlenecks, rework, variations, and compliance gaps.Validate data context and findings with business teams.Facilitate improvement workshops and co-design sessions.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven root cause analysis techniques.Redesign workflows to improve customer experience, cost, quality, and cycle time.Executive CommunicationDevelop business cases and quantify benefits.Prepare compelling executive presentations and lead insight-driven discussions.What We''re Looking ForMust Have5+ years'' experience in consulting, business transformation, or process improvement roles.Strong senior stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience.Hands-on experience with process mining / process intelligence tools (Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, etc.).Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI; SQL is a plus).Solid understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement practices.Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Experience building business cases and presenting to executives.Strong process documentation and modelling capability.Why Join?Work on high-visibility transformation programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
