Join our team and immerse in an outback experience that combines luxury and adventure, connecting people to nature, networks and communities.The RoleWe are seeking a meticulous and organized Group Coordinator to join our team at El Questro for the season. The Group Coordinator will ensure the seamless coordination of group arrivals, departures, and activities, while providing excellent service to our guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.DutiesStarting your day around 10/11am to greet the group guests upon their arrival.Updating onsite info with preorders and coordinating with Tour Leaders.Working closely with Head Office to ensure any special requests and addons are done correctly.Opening RMS and checking group arrivals for each day, transferring information to the Group master info sheet.Preparing and printing information sheets detailing the length of stay, group details, tour leader information, and contact details.Updating the Group Master Info sheet with the number of guests staying each night, distinguishing between group numbers and FIT numbers.Managing dietary requirements by updating the dietaries spreadsheet and communicating information to the kitchen.Coordinating group checkouts and providing necessary paperwork to the Front Office Manager for invoicing.Arranging room allocations, considering mobility issues and offering assistance as needed.Updating boards and maps with new guest lists and any special requirements.Maintaining accurate occupancy records on the Whiteboard.Preparing arrival materials including rooming lists, info sheets, and maps for each group.Coordinating dining times, ensuring smooth service and adherence to scheduling guidelines.Confirming details with tour leaders and assisting with booking dinner times and other arrangements.Coordinating baggage handling and departure logistics for groups.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role or as a Front Office Supervisor (preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Full/Unrestricted Drivers Licence (essential).Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RMS.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.BenefitsWorking at El Questro for a season.Future opportunities within the company.Strong support from Head Office.Accommodation available.Access to EAP.Extensive employee benefits discounted flights, accommodation, car hire.Discounts across 300+ G''Day and Discovery Parks throughout Australia.This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro.
