From managing food quality and team efficiency to handling customer interactions and cost control, you''ll be at the heart of it all.You''ll:Lead, motivate, and support your teamManage daily operations and shift activitiesEnsure compliance with food safety standardsMaintain effective stock control and labour cost managementFoster a culture of reliability, teamwork, and great performanceWhat We''re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you''ll need:At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (QSR, hospitality, or restaurant preferred)Flexibility to work evenings and weekendsStrong leadership and people skillsClear communication (written and verbal)Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a can-do attitudeA passion for customer service and team successPrevious managerial experience is helpful but not essential.
