Join us in making a meaningful impact by connecting communities with safe and sustainable travel solutions.Role DescriptionThe Driver Training & Onboarding Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Sunbury, VIC with occasional travel to our other depots. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for new and existing drivers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities include onboarding new drivers, conducting evaluations, maintaining training records, and serving as a liaison between management and driving staff. The successful applicant will also be responsible for upholding customer service standards and supporting drivers in providing a high-quality transport experience for passengers.QualificationsHold a Victorian Driver Accreditation or willing to obtain oneStrong, proven safe driving historySupportive communication style able to coach without intimidatingComfortable with technology (GPS, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, LMS)Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey information during training sessions.Customer service skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences for passengers.Experience and knowledge in the operation of buses, trucks, or similar vehicles.Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with safety and compliance protocols.Previous experience in driver training or transport and logistics is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
