Discover opportunities to advance your career within Downer''s broader Energy & Utilities sector.The OpportunityReporting into the site Superintendent, this supervisor role will support the safe, timely and efficient delivery of works on the Chevron Wheatstone Facility. You''ll take ownership of weekly reporting, stakeholder coordination, permits, mobilisation planning, and materials/equipment management, ensuring work is well-planned, well-communicated, and executed safely in line with site standards.ABOUT YOUYou''re organised, calm under pressure and enjoy being the "go-to" person who keeps things moving. You''re confident working with the client, Health and safety, different crews and multiple stakeholders in a site-based environment.You''ll ideally have:Experience as a project coordinator / supervisor / planner / permits.Background in resources, oil & gas, construction, facility''s maintenance or utilities environmentsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable using systems and spreadsheets for tracking progress, resources and materialsConfident communicator able to talk with supervisors, trades, client reps and engineersA strong safety mindset and commitment to doing things the right wayFamiliarity with permit-to-work processes and/or MSW2.0 (desirable)What You''ll Lead & DeliverIn this role, you''ll be a key connector between the field and the office, helping the team deliver safely, on time and to plan. You will:Own detailed weekly reportingPrepare clear weekly reports for key stakeholdersTrack progress over time, including milestones and variancesHighlight risks, issues and recommended mitigation actionsInclude resource utilisation and productivity metricsCoordinate weekly stakeholder meetingsSchedule, facilitate and run weekly coordination meetingsPrepare and distribute agendas in advanceCapture and circulate accurate meeting notes and action itemsFollow up actions with the right people to keep work on trackPrepare and manage permits required for execution in line with MSW2.0Ensure works comply with site safety and environmental standardsSupport a strong, positive safety culture on siteDevelop and maintain a detailed mobilisation planCreate and manage rosters for personnel and equipmentIdentify delta materials, equipment and tooling requirementsTrack procurement and delivery timelinesSupport close-out & improvementCompile Lessons Learned reportsCapture successes, challenges and opportunities for improvementHelp strengthen performance for future project phasesParticipate in / support daily prestartsAssist with workplace inspections and reporting of hazardsABOUT THE TEAMDowner''s Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
