Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for clients across Defence and National Security.We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Business Analyst in Melbourne to work on MLF projects.What You''ll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct investigative work to define needs for Defence ERP upgrades and development.Process Improvement & Change Management: Specify, map, and implement effective business processes through systems, practices, and organisational change.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Defence and industry stakeholders to align procurement workflows with Defence policy and support outcomes.ERP Adoption & Compliance: Support system adoption by uplifting processes, policies, and training, while ensuring documentation complies with Defence frameworks.Knowledge & Documentation Development: Create, review, and maintain technical and policy documentation to build Defence ERP knowledge and ensure best practice consistency.What You''ll BringCommercial & Procurement Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Defence or public sector procurement roles.Commonwealth Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and compliance requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders in complex organisations.ERP System Familiarity: Prior experience with Defence ERP, particularly commercial and procurement modules.Communication & Teamwork: Effective written/verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or within diverse teamsDue to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Baseline or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
