We are committed to ethical, best-practice training that aligns with national health and safety requirements, procedures, and Australian legislation.By strengthening workplace safety, we create positive outcomes for individuals, communities, and the general public.About the opportunityA rewarding opportunity exists for a VET training professional (experienced collector/tester, or medical professional with similar experience desirable but not essential), to join the team at DATI.Reporting to the RTO General Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Institutes training programs, as well as identifying new training business.Your role will involve:Training and mentoring of students predominantly in an online virtual Zoom classroom environment, and face to face classroom environmentTravel to locations nationally to deliver onsite to client specific groupsProviding training in the collection of samples, analysis and accurate interpretation and handling of information gatheredAssisting with the development and updating of assessment tools in accordance with customer and legislative requirementsMaintain dedicated training equipment and materialsStudent management and administration as requiredValue every participant providing and exceptional training experienceEnsure organisational procedures are followedRecording and maintaining relevant data into our learning management system (aXcelerate)Identification of new business opportunities through networking with clientsContributing ideas for continuous improvement processesExperience in workplace drug and alcohol testing industry, pathology collector or medical collection industry is desirableExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailManage time effectively, prioritise work and multi-taskingBe willing to travel nationally for training deliveryHold a current driver''s licenseUnderstanding of RTO compliance (desirable but not essential)Familiarity with a Learner Management System (desirable but not essential)We''ll provide you with:Perfect role for a casual employee looking for additional workOngoing training and supportA competitive daily rate offeredClasses scheduled in advance for planningHighly respected, successful RTOYour willingness to embrace new challenges, combined with strong self-motivation, will set you up for success in this role.
