Track SupervisorsDTI are delivering ongoing rail maintenance to support Fortescue''s rail network and are now hiring Track Supervisors to join the North West Rail team in providing expertise in rail maintenance with a commitment to improve asset health and provide first-class track maintenance for our clients.The Track Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day maintenance and renewal activities across the rail network, ensuring track infrastructure is safe, reliable, and compliant with operational, client, and regulatory requirements.This role provides frontline supervision of crews and subcontractors, embedding safety, quality, and efficiency in all works. This opportunity is based in Port Hedland on a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth.Experience and capabilitiesWPW15 Track Safe Working Certification (or ability to obtain) and Certificate II (Certificate III desirable) in Rail Infrastructure.Valid Australian Driver''s License.Supervising and managing rail staff and contractors.Executing safe working procedures in a rail environment.Working within a rail network (5+ years desirable).Experience implementing and enforcing safety standards, including mobile plant, working at heights, risk management, excavations, contractor management, emergency management, and manual handling.Ability to interpret basic financial data and apply costing processes.Understanding of estimation and costing processes.Why work for DTICompetitive pay that reflects your contribution: We reward performance and impact, with our remuneration benchmarked to market.Purpose-driven careers in infrastructure: As we grow our presence in the renewable energy sector, DTI is also continuing to cement its position as a delivery partner of choice across rail, roads and Defence infrastructure projects.
