Location: Primarily Noosa, with regular work in Maroochydore and Gympie clinicsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout UsDusk till Dawn Sleep Centre is a leading diagnostic and treatment centre, dedicated to supporting patients with diagnosed sleep disorders. We specialise in Home Based Ambulatory Sleep Studies and therapy services, operating across Sunshine Coast locations including Noosa, Gympie, and Maroochydore.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated CPAP/Sleep Technician with strong administrative capabilities to join our continuously expanding team. In this role, you''ll be part of a dynamic healthcare environment with one clear mission: improving the quality of life for people living with sleep disorders.Based primarily at our Noosa clinic; you may be required to work from Maroochydore or Gympie clinics if required. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a professional environment.Providing specialised CPAP therapy consultations, set-ups, and follow-up support.Offering ongoing education and troubleshooting for patients with Sleep Apnoea.Fitting patients with portable overnight Sleep Study devices.Ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their treatment plans.Provide dedicated services for patients both face to face and over the phone.Report to referring physicians, hospitals and medical service providers to ensure appropriate provision of products and services to patients.Conduct the sale of new or additional products and services.Sterilising of Clinic equipment.Educate patients on Healthy Sleep habits.Liaising with patients and staff efficiently.Home visits.Sleep Study wire ups, downloading and cleaning.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has a strong passion for patient care and customer service.Thrives in a professional, caring environment.Is adaptable and eager to learn in a growing healthcare field.Is a fast learner and aspires to further their education.Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage documentation, scheduling, and patient records efficiently.Must be ethical, honest and caring.Displays excellent problem-solving skills.Professional and well organised.Positive and fun attitude to life.Confident with computers and technology with touch typing ability (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google).Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment and adapt to change.Can bring new ideas and a drive to deliver in all aspects of the role.Must have current driver''s licence and own vehicle.Desirable Qualifications and QualitiesPrevious experience working within a sleep-related role and/or with Sleep studies is preferred but not essential.A qualification in Health or Science is desirable, but not essential.A compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients is essential.This position is well-suited to applicants with a medical or healthcare background or wanting to expand in the sleep sector.Applications close Friday 28 February 2026.
