You will guide customers through transformation programs across core S/4HANA processes and connected solutions, ensuring fit-for-purpose outcomes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics execution. This senior leadership role combines people leadership, solution delivery, and customer advisory across a diverse range of industries.Your tasks and responsibilitiesChampion growth of SAP Procurement, Sales & Logistics capabilities aligned with DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategyLead a team delivering SAP Procurement, Sales and Logistics solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversightLead full-cycle implementations across Procurement, Sales and Logistics workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercareTranslate business requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to best practice process designContribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on: SAP Procurement, Sales and Logistics in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private, SAP Ariba, SAP Logistics Business Network, SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transportation ManagementFacilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across sourcing, purchasing, inventory, order management, fulfilment, warehousing and transportOversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the teamManage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governanceSupport testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and go-live readinessCollaborate with technical and integration teams to connect S/4HANA with Ariba, LBN and execution platforms across warehousing and transportProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise commercial and logistics outcomesYour qualifications and experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Commercial, Operations and ITProven consulting experience delivering SAP Procurement, Sales and/or Logistics solutions across end-to-end implementationsStrong functional expertise across S/4HANA Procurement, Sales (Order-to-Cash) and/or Logistics Execution (Public and/or Private Cloud)Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching, governance and delivery qualityStrong understanding of end-to-end process integration (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory and fulfilment)Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Logistics Business Network, SAP EWM / Warehouse Management, and/or SAP Transportation Management is highly regardedStrong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skillsExperience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activitiesIf your background is strongest in one domain (Procurement or Sales or Logistics), a growth mindset and willingness to broaden across the portfolio is highly valuedSAP certifications and/or formal training in relevant modules highly regardedWhat we offerWork with SAP''s latest technologies on cloud such as S/4HANA, BTP and JouleA flexible and supportive work environment including the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New ZealandCompetitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, wellbeing programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptopComprehensive SAP training and certificationsJoin a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of APAC''s leading enterprisesDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
