You''ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, guide customers through operational and digital transformation, and ensure solutions are aligned with best practice manufacturing and planning processes. This senior leadership role requires strong SAP functional expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving operational excellence.TasksChampion growth of SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning capabilities aligned with the DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategyLead a team delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversightLead full-cycle implementations across Manufacturing and Planning workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercareTranslate manufacturing and planning requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to operational best practiceContribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on SAP Manufacturing in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private, SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS, SAP Quality Management and SAP Digital ManufacturingFacilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across production, materials, capacity planning and shop-floor executionOversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the teamManage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governanceSupport testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover planning activitiesCollaborate with technical teams on integrations to related solutions (e.g., IBP, EWM, QM, PM, SAP Digital Manufacturing or interfaces)Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise operational outcomesRequirementsProven experience delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, with strong handson expertise in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DSDemonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end implementations across the project lifecycleStrong understanding of manufacturing operations including planning, scheduling, execution, capacity and materials managementExperience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching and delivery qualityStrong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skillsExperience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and golive readiness activitiesFunctional exposure across SAP Digital Supply Chain areas such as SAP IBP, SAP Quality Management, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and S/4HANA Manufacturing (Public or Private) highly regardedExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across operations, IT and leadership teamsStrong organisational skills with the ability to balance delivery, leadership and customer outcomesPassion for capability uplift, standardisation and continuous improvement aligned to modern SAP Manufacturing and Planning practicesBenefitsWork with SAP''s latest technologies on cloud such as S/4HANA, BTP and JouleA flexible and supportive work environment including the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New ZealandCompetitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, wellbeing programme, additional purchased leave, and companyprovided laptopComprehensive SAP training and certificationsJoin a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of APAC''s leading enterprisesDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
