We are a leading welding supplies company and we''ve recently expanded our national footprint by opening a Brisbane branch.The RoleWe have a great opportunity for a motivated gogetter to join our newly created Brisbane team at our new Willawong warehouse.This is a handson role within a small, closeknit team, reporting to the Branch Manager, and will suit someone who can work autonomously and take ownership of their work.The role will involve:Opening & closing the branch. Working hours are 7:30am - 4pm.Picking & Packing orders this involves printing picking slips and using a scanner to pick.Using a Walkie Stacker to lift, move and stack pallets.Store products safely and in designated locations.Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and materials.Check deliveries against purchase orders and internal transfers.Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts.Answering the phone, responding to sales team requests and handling customer enquiries.Enter customer orders and process invoices.Generate courier consignments using Freight Management software.Attend to customer pick ups and walkins.Maintain a clean, organised and compliant stores area, completing Warehouse Inspections as required.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics role ideally in the industrial space.Current High Risk Work Licence Forklift (LF).Intermediate computer skills and experience with inventory systems.Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and picking slips.Good communication skills, strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Understanding of safe manual handling practices.What we OfferThe opportunity to play a key role in establishing our Brisbane branch.Ownership of your role and how you structure your day.Support from a Branch Manager and the extended team in Sydney and Perth.A fulltime, secure role.How to applyIf you are interested in the role, please click APPLY or contact Rosa, HR Manager at Dynaweld on 0458 020 101 for more info. #J-18808-Ljbffr
