You will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy care to diverse patient groups while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes and experiences for patients. In this role, you will also supervise, teach, and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students, contributing to the ongoing development of occupational therapy services alongside senior clinicians. There are opportunities to be involved in service improvement initiatives and research led by Grade 3 and Grade 4 Clinical Leads, helping to shape the future of occupational therapy at Eastern Health.
