This 130-place centre will be our second location in Victoria.Our purpose-built centre will operate Monday to Friday 7am 6pm for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.About the RolesWe are looking for a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher Diploma Certificate III educators and a Cook to join our team.We are looking for professional educators with experience in programming and the ability to inspire motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children families and other educators.You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!Your main responsibilities will be to:Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children families and colleagues.Having sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Working in positive collaboration with all members of the team.Maintaining effective communication with parents/carers.Actively contributing to the educational program through conversations observations and documentation.Nourish children through a healthy menu planAs the centre cook you will menu plan order supplies collaborate with families and educators for new meal ideas and oversee the day to day duties within the kitchen.About YouSuccessful candidates will have:A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualificationFood Handling Certificate or Certificate in Commercial Cookery AND Food Safety CertificateA current Victorian Employee Working With Children CheckSound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)Ready to ThriveIf youre ready to join a new centre this is your opportunity!Apply now or get in touch with Katie Histon Talent Partner for a confidential chat onor emailAt Thrive Early Learning we are committed to being a child-safe organisation with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and neglect.
