Location: Perth, Australia (office-based with regular travel to schools)Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The successful candidate will work in an experienced team to grow Elastik''s product sales, adoption and retention across schools in Western Australia. Developing high-quality partnership relationships with primary and secondary schools, this role will focus on Elastik''s product suite becoming essential to the success of these organisations. The person in this role will make early successes the cornerstone of a sales approach that highly utilises referrals from within the customer base. And if we contribute to transforming global education for the better along the way, that is fine with us!Key Responsibilities:Build Elastik''s brand reputation with strategic customersLead the strategy for strategic customers to influence brand reputation across the wider marketLead development of new sales and marketing strategies to accelerate market developmentSet budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and manage those campaigns within budgetBuild high-quality partnership relationships with Principals and Assistant Principals in primary and secondary schools, focused on the success of these organisations in achieving their most important outcomesDevelop, execute and iterate sales approaches to grow adoption of elastik''s products, contribute to the success of educational organisations while achieving revenue outcomesIdentify and qualify new high-fit customer prospects, establishing high-quality relationships, quickly understanding the outcomes that matter to them, and managing the sales cycle from discovery to closing contractsDeliver compelling discovery processes and product demonstrations, identifying how elastik''s products can become essential to the success of educational organisationsBe a trusted advisor to schools, bringing product and data expertise, conducting onboarding and training sessions, ensuring product adoption, customer success, satisfaction, and retentionUtilise customer referrals as a driver of new sales and expanded adoptionWork closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and align sales approachesUse CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and manage the sales pipelineConduct regular client health checks to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address potential concernsExperience:Education sector experience, particularly primary and secondary school teaching experienceHaving gone through a career transition with some career experience in schools and some outside of education is valuedUsing EdTech teaching and learning software products for Primary or Secondary schools and having insights into what makes a learning and assessment product truly valuable for schoolsRunning insightful discovery processes and/or product sales is desirableNurturing high-quality relationships with stakeholders or customers with a focus on delivering value and outcomesExperience leading pricing negotiation in an education contextWhy join Elastik?You will be in an environment that was founded on a deep passion for education and care for the lives of teachers and learners.
