We believe in promoting from within, offering you the chance to advance and take on new challenges as you grow with us.Keep More of What You Earn: As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer salary packaging benefits ensuring you keep more of your hard-earned money!Diversity and Empowerment: We believe in empowering all our team members, valuing diverse voices and fostering an environment where everyone''s unique skills and experiences are celebrated.As an Elderbloom Clinical Care Manager, and as member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:Clinical management of assigned home.Manage and empower the clinical and care team to excel by providing support and guidance.Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement for clinical care and support the implementation of the initiatives.Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure accreditation standards continue to be surpassed.Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets.Ensure the delivery of superb clinical and customer service, including managing feedback and complaints.Support organisation clinical improvement initiatives.Work closely with Elderbloom''s quality team to ensure a high standard of care is delivered across all Elderbloom facilities.To be a successful applicant you will be:Registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse.Experience in residential aged care as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager.Experience in and passion for change management and continuous improvement.Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Want to contribute at an organisational level to improve care and services for our older population.Proof of current flu vaccination status.Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check.Right to work in Australia.If you are interested in this role apply today or direct all enquires to Dhisha at08 9306 3666 . #J-18808-Ljbffr
