This role blends hands-on cooking with strategic oversight, giving you the opportunity to shape menus, elevate dining standards and create memorable experiences for residents and guests.You will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including budgeting, ordering, stock control, food safety compliance and staff leadership. Working closely with both front- and back-of-house teams, you will foster a collaborative, efficient and positive environment where great food and great service go hand in hand.Beyond day-to-day operations, you will bring fresh ideas to the tabledesigning special events, themed dining experiences and seasonal offerings that enhance community life and set our hospitality apart.What You Will BringYou will thrive in this role if you are a confident, experienced chef who combines culinary skill with strong leadership and operational know-how.
