Additionally, you must meet the following qualifications:Required QualificationsNative or near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholdersMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies specifically supporting SEO and PPC campaign operationsStrong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals, including familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practicesProven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamicsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coordinate across teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementExperience with marketing project management and campaign coordinationPreferred QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fieldFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media insights, or marketing automation softwareExperience working with external vendors, partners, and creative agenciesKnowledge of budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor contract managementBackground in coordinating both online and offline marketing campaignsDemonstrated ability to research market trends and compile actionable insightsExperience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and PPC platforms beyond Google AdsClient Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
