You will be an integral part of our Product team consisting of Designers, Engineers, and Data experts.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the roadmap for global scaleup of our recruitment and marketplace strategy.Own the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of the product vision.Drive product discovery for features and initiatives on the roadmap.Translate the product vision into delivery, operation and improvement.Monitor and adapt the product vision and roadmap as constraints arise.Prioritise user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog, balancing business goals with feasibility.Represent the customer and business in decisionmaking during release and sprint planning.Identify, filter and prioritise customer complaints and feedback.Collaborate with designers, product leadership, developers, sales, marketing, professional services and support to plan releases and ensure bestinclass designs.Work with sales and marketing to develop launch collateral and educate customers.Host and articulate presentations to the organisation, including Clevel executives and external customers.Communicate product requirements accurately and transparently to the product squad.Who You AreUndergraduate degree in Business Systems, IT, Engineering or related field.5+ years of product management and strategy experience, with a proven record of successfully launching products.3+ years leading agile (Scrum preferred) software development teams.Experience with marketplaces or supplyanddemand platforms, preferably AIenabled.Innovative thinker with a passion for problemsolving and usercentric design.Ability to drive crossfunctional alignment, motivation and coordination.Strong analytical skills and datadriven, metricsoriented mindset.Selfdriven, thriving in fastpaced, highgrowth, uncertain situations.Excellent specification writing and communication skills.Ability to critically analyse data samples and generate insights.Willingness to challenge expectations and question the status quo.Aggressive, creative, enthusiastic, and datadriven with a diverse skill set.Experience validating ideas through user research methodologies.Commercial acumen with financial modelling and business driver execution.BonusExperience with HR, recruitment and/or payroll software.International product experience.What We Can OfferRemote work with flexibility to own your time and impact.Access to cuttingedge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs.Ambitious, outcomedriven colleagues who challenge you to do the best work of your life.Employee share options (ESOP) in one of the world''s fastestgrowing tech companies.A generous parental leave policy, subsidised egg freezing, WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning & development opportunities.Employment Hero is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your application data.
