New position | Lead our team as an experienced Site Supervisor across our Commodore & Cameby Downs Sites | 7/7 day shift | DIDO with camp accomWork for a global explosives company committed to your developmentRare opportunity across 2 sites | Join us during an exciting period of growthPermanent, full-time position working a 7/7 day shift only roster!About the positionDue to continuous growth in our business, a new opportunity has become available to join our team in the Surat Region.We are actively seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our close-knit team across our Commodore & Cameby Downs mine sites.In this role, you will manage our day-to-day blasting operations, working a 7/7 day shift only roster. From time-to-time, you will also be required to support the crew in both shotfiring and MPU operations.Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and activities of the team, including workforce scheduling, cost control, coaching and mentoring crews.
