The underground mine represents one of the world''s cleanest and largest leadsilver projects.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance department at our remote mining operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to ensure our equipment fleet and major components achieve maximum availability in a safe, efficient, and costeffective manner.This is a strategic role for a maintenance professional who understands that effective planning is the cornerstone of operational excellence. You will work with cuttingedge CMMS technology and collaborate across multiple departments to optimise our maintenance strategies and drive continuous improvement.What You''ll DoStrategic Planning & SchedulingPlan and schedule all maintenance activities to maximize equipment availabilityGenerate preventative maintenance tasks and comprehensive maintenance schedulesDevelop shutdown scheduling and analytics for company reportingCreate forecasts and reports on costs associated with planned workChampion integral utilisation of Pronto CMMS for all maintenancerelated workSystems Management & DocumentationEnsure appropriate management of change is applied to all controlled documentationAudit documentation for all maintenance work including historical data and downtimeAudit and ensure quality compliance of Work Orders (WOs) and Preventive Maintenance (PMs)Review performance reports from maintenance supervisorsMaintain currency of drawings, manuals, and facility status documentationAnalysis & ReportingAnalyze and report on costs, unit costs, manhours, and wear trendsTrack historical maintenance trends and generate insights for decisionmakingPrepare weekly reporting metrics and shutdown analyticsMonitor and control spares inventory effectivelyBudget & Cost ManagementPromote awareness of budgeting processes and cost code allocationsUse cost considerations as a key factor in all maintenance decisionsControl and monitor spares inventory to optimise investmentDevelop accurate forecasts for planned work expenditureContractor & Stakeholder ManagementBuild collaborative working relationships with external partnersEnsure statutory compliance across contractors, consultants, andli>Conduct regular reviews of agreements to maintain service currencyFoster close working relationships with internal teams and external providersContinuous Improvement & SafetyDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the processing departmentIdentify opportunities and solutions to improve processes and performancePromote positive safetyfocused culture and lead by exampleEnsure risks are identified, assessed, and controlled for all activitiesWhat We''re Looking ForEssential QualificationsRelevant trade qualifications within mechanical or electrical disciplinesCurrent "C" Class Western Australian driver''s licenseMinimum 3 years'' experience as fixedplant Maintenance Planner within the resources industryTechnical ExpertiseGood knowledge of Pronto CMMS systemsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, or similar maintenance packagesSound comprehension of maintenance strategy and risk managementDemonstrated experience in preventative maintenance task generationProven experience in shutdown scheduling and maintenance strategiesProfessional Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated leadership experience and capabilityEvidence of driving high performance across diverse teamsStrong numerical and analytical skillsWelldeveloped influencing, communication, and consultation skillsSharp oral and written language skillsPersonal AttributesFriendly and professional dispositionProven ability to meet deadlines consistentlyFocused on and committed to promoting safety awarenessAbility to create collaborative relationships and guide teams toward company objectivesCapacity to sustain a collective environment and foster teamworkWhy join Endurance NOW?This is an exciting time to join Endurance Mining.
