Our ability to deliver on this purpose will be dependent on our people.About The RoleThe Procurement Specialist will be part of the Corporate and Technology team, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with organisation priorities and delivered efficiently and consistently. In this role, you will support technology procurement across our corporate functions and generation sites nationally, driving end to end procurement initiatives and proactively planning sourcing requirements. This includes managing tender and market engagement processes, overseeing contracting activities and delivering analysis and reporting to support informed decision making and achieve optimal value for money. This is a max term contract covering parental leave until end of October 2026 based at our new Docklands offices with hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office).Provide procurement and administrative support across sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle value activities.Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver effective procurement and contracting strategies.Support contract negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers and assist with contract drafting in collaboration with Legal.Assist with pipeline planning, savings tracking, and reporting to support procurement outcomes.Deliver insights through spend analysis and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.Promote strong governance and continuous improvement by applying legal, OHS, ethical, sustainability, and commercial requirements across procurement processes.About YouExperience within a large corporate environment supporting technology procurement and sourcing activitiesExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Sound analytical and commercial judgement, with the ability to balance cost, risk, performance, and sustainability outcomes.Ability to quickly adapt, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you share our passion for a clean energy future, click Apply.
