This boutique firm has grown rapidly over the last two years and is now looking for a confident mid-level practitioner to join the team ahead of a major period of expansion.This position offers rare exposure: genuine autonomy, full carriage of your matters, mentorship over two junior lawyers, and the opportunity to influence the direction of the practice as it continues to scale.The team is small, warm, and collaborative, with a strong client base and steady pipeline of private family law matters.
