This position involves shift coverage across hospital operations, ensuring all plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesUndertake preventative and reactive maintenance on hospital plumbing systems.Maintain hot and cold-water services, sanitary drainage and trade waste systems.Respond to maintenance requests and urgent breakdowns promptly.Conduct testing of thermostatic mixing valves, backflow prevention devices and other safety systems.Maintain compliance records and ensure all works adhere to QLD Health and AS/NZS standards.RequirementsCurrent QLD Plumbing & Drainage LicenseConstruction White CardBackflow Prevention & TMV endorsements (highly desirable)National Police Check (or ability to obtain)Vaccination evidence (Hep B, COVID, Flu) - hospital requirementExperience in commercial or hospital maintenance essentialStrong focus on safety, hygiene, and communicationBenefits$70 per hourOngoing, secure role in a high-quality facilityExcellent working conditions and support from a skilled maintenance teamHow to apply?If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please hit the "apply" button.
