In this role, you''ll deliver high-quality, immersive, hands-on training that prepares workers to respond calmly and effectively in real emergency situations. Think realistic scenarios, teamwork, problem-solving and plenty of learning by doing.BOSIET (Basic Offshore Induction & Emergency Training) is where serious skills meet high-energy, hands-on training. It''s about getting people out of their seats in the helicopter and into realistic scenarios that challenge them to think fast, work as a team and stay calm when things don''t go to plan.As a trainer, you''ll take participants through:Fast-paced safety and emergency scenarios (no death-by-PowerPoint)Helicopter safety and underwater escape training (HUET) using CA-EBSSea survival activities including liferafts, teamwork challenges and problem-solvingSafety Induction to the offshore working environmentBasic firefighting and smoke escape room techniquesFirst aid in offshore situationsOffshore emergency escape procedures (ECHUTE)BOSIET is dynamic, physical and hugely rewarding to deliver.
