Join our TeamWe are now looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.What you will doReport to the Lead RAN Solution Architect, Project Manager and/or Head of OptimiseAnalyze customer network and propose technical solutions to improve network performanceDeliver impactful 5G advanced services through optimization, network enhancements (feature, SW etc) and trialsWork closely with customer in identifying pain points and create value-added services (including Add on Sales)Develop technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentationsParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharingStay abreast on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence buildThe Skills you bringMinimum years of experience: 12 years+ in TelecommunicationsExcellent knowledge of 5G, LTE landscape, strategies and technology roadmapsExperience and solid understanding in 5G radio products, layering strategies, architecture for NSA and SA solutions, mmWave, and Cloud RANExperience in leading team and driving 5G advanced optimization services, Proof of Concept (PoC) and network trialsWorked on large scale network enhancements, modernization and/or MOCN projectsStrong deep level troubleshooting skills with network performance to achieve KPIsMust be capable of analyzing drive test logs using tools such as Accuver X-CAL, X-CAP, TEMS-D/IStrong 3GPP knowledge and ITU standardsExperience and understanding in multi-vendor network interworkingStrong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate teamDemonstrate working under pressure in fast paced environmentExcellent communication skillsProven experience with influencing internal/external stakeholder management and driving outcomes within budget and timeframesStrong pre-sales experience, business acumen and RFPsDeep Ericsson products & solutions knowledge (preferred)Programming/Scripting skills VBA, Python etc for automation (highly regarded)Candidates must have valid working rights in Australia at the time of application.What happens once you applyClick Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.We encourage you to consider applying to jobs where you might not meet all the criteria.
