Previous experience in technology driven change is essential. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy''s operational footprint.The future of energy is exciting! The pillars of our Corporate Strategy aim to strengthen the core of the business and enable the network of the future; drive connections and load; facilitate Electric Vehicle adoption; and enable smart communities and new customer solutions.Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Change Specialist, as the Change Manager, you will be accountable for providing change management guidance and support for assigned projects and business changes. This position will develop and execute fit-for-purpose Change Management strategies and plans to maximise the adoption of the required changes. The role will align activities with the enterprise change management framework and help drive consistent change management practices across the organisation.About YouAs a successful Change Manager, you will be a collaborative individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills. Your greatest strength will be your communication skills and ability to influence others.
