Previous experience in technology driven change is essential. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy''s operational footprint.The future of energy is exciting! This position will develop and execute fit-for-purpose Change Management strategies and plans to maximise the adoption of the required changes. The role will align activities with the enterprise change management framework and help drive consistent change management practices across the organisation.About YouAs a successful Change Manager, you will be a collaborative individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills. Your greatest strength will be your communication skills and ability to influence others.
