This is an exciting opportunity to partner with existing accounts while driving new business, ensuring our brand portfolio is not only represented but elevated across the wholesale market.This role is evolving beyond traditional sales, requiring someone who can combine dispensing experience (desired), brand elevation & education and sell through expertise to deliver tangible results in-store. Working seamlessly with both the frames and lens team, you will have the ability to provide independent optometry partners a complete commercial solution, designed to grow their business and strengthen their connection to our brands.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of key brands including Oakley, Ray-Ban and AI Wear (Ray-Ban & Oakley Meta).Deliver training and education programs that strengthen brand knowledge, product expertise, and commercial success.Drive new and existing business by identifying and converting new opportunities across Western Australia.Ensure in-store marketing and merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, creating standout visibility and patient impact.Leverage your dispensing background to provide tailored solutions that improve practice efficiency and patient experience.Cross collaboration across the frame and lens channel to position EssilorLuxottica as the preferred full-service solution for independent practices.About youProven success in sales, business development, or key account management within optical or retail channelsDispensing experience within an optical retail or wholesale environment strongly regardedStrong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering sell through growth and elevating brand presence in-store.Ability to connect big picture brand strategy with hands on executionA collaborative, solutions focused mindset with the drive to build strong long-term partnerships.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.Proactive, energetic, and confident in pursuing new opportunities to grow the business.Valid driver''s license and flexibility to travel throughout Western Australia as required.Working at EssilorLuxotticaA career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
