A champion of the admissions and sales process, expertly navigate the referral system with the Residential Aged Care Manager, anticipating demand and customer needs, to build a solid reputation for the home within the local community and more broadly the organisation. you are the conduit between key referrers and the homes to maintain a reputable relationship ensure external referrers are engaged at all times and Estia is the in the forefront of their minds.The Client Relations Manager will have varied responsibilites including:* Analysing and reporting upon occupancy and admission trends.* Proposing and implementing sales strategies to remain competitive and retain high occupancy in the region including - Proposing, designing, and implementing sales and promotional events i.e., open days, expos and information sessions as required to achieve optimum occupancy of the homes in the Region.* Creating marketing plans with the home to support community engagement and sound referrer pipeline.* Proactively monitor enquirer pipeline to determine trends drifting downwards and implement plans to mitigate declining occupancy.* Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument for older Australians entering residential aged care.* Monitoring my aged care website for incoming referral opportunities.* Monitor competitor landscape pricing, new builds, etc. and advises strategies accordingly.* Manage key external relationships* Coach the Residential Aged Care Manager to optimise occupany in their homeYou will thrive in this role if you have:* Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar role.* Strong understanding of the legislative requirements* Previous experience in managing the admissions process in residential aged care homes* Sound understanding of current aged care funding, and experience in applying this to the admissions process* Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Fees and Charges, including the ability to apply this in the preparation of residential agreements* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice in residential aged care* Demonstrated ability to promote residential aged care services across wide referral groups* The ability to work with and support a team of professionals who are dedicated to maintaining high quality care outcomes for residents in our care and their families* Highly developed written and oral communication skillsAs one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of providing high quality person centred aged care and services.
