Relocation and visa support is available to the successful candidate.Appointment at Level A (Associate Lecturer) is open to domestic candidates only.About YouYou are an emerging or established academic with a passion for sustainable agriculture and a strong commitment to teaching excellence and research quality. You are collaborative, student-focused and research-active, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to both education and scholarship. Your expertise may align with areas such as soil science, biotechnology, crop improvement, vertical farming, integrated farming systems, agrivoltaics, precision agriculture, biosecurity, agroecology, or related disciplines aligned to Flinders University research strengths.QualificationsA completed or near completed PhD or equivalent qualification in sustainable agriculture or a closely related disciplineDemonstrated evidence of, or capacity for, high-quality tertiary teaching, including curriculum design and delivery across face-to-face and online modesA research track record appropriate to career stage, including quality publications and engagement with competitive research fundingExperience in honours and/or higher degree research supervisionCapacity to contribute to curriculum review, accreditation and quality assurance processesAbout the College of Science and EngineeringAt the College of Science and Engineering we believe in the power of science and engineering to solve real world problems.
