This role involves developing client care plans, delegating tasks among the roster team, and monitoring team performance.Transport assistance and ad hoc duties such as office tasks will be required on an as-needed basis.BenefitsWhy you will LOVE this role:Competitive hourly rateFixed Schedule up to 38 hours per weekEligible for Annual and Personal LeavesImmediate start with complete orientation providedOngoing professional training and supportOpportunity to work with a supportive and well-rounded teamAnd a chance to make a lasting impact on people''s lives!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide transport support to clients within the Campbelltown area and surrounding regions, ensuring services align with individual needs and expectations.Accurately record transport activities, including mileage and locations, in ShiftCare.Prepare, manage, and maintain staff rosters in accordance with the SCHADS Award and organisational requirements.Ensure all shifts contain accurate instructions, start and finish times, and are communicated clearly to both clients and staff.Distribute visual rosters to clients in a timely manner and maintain appropriate, professional communication across all channels.Monitor completion of support worker shift notes and timesheets, following up where required to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.Support workforce planning by ensuring staff are allocated appropriate hours while avoiding fatigue and overwork.Develop, implement, and review client care plans in line with NDIS guidelines, funding arrangements, and individual goals.Liaise with allied health professionals, support coordinators, and other service providers to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, privacy legislation, and company policies.Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing work environment.Monitor team performance and escalate operational, compliance, or misconduct concerns to senior management or HR as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a strong administrative and operational background, ideally within the disability support or allied health sector, along with a proactive and people-focused approach.Skills, Experience & AttributesDemonstrated experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within the disability support or allied health industry.Working knowledge of care plan development and compliance within a client-centred service environment.Sound understanding of the SCHADS Award and its application to workforce and roster management.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.Proven leadership capability, with experience supporting, guiding, and motivating a team.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.Flexibility to work rostered shifts as required.Qualifications, Checks & LicencesReliable motor vehicle with valid registration and comprehensive insurance.Valid NSW Driver''s Licence.Understanding of safe work practices, including demonstrated experience in appropriate manual handling techniques.Current NSW Working With Children Check.National Police Check (issued within the last 3 years) with an acceptable outcome.Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.All applications are to be submitted online.
