This amazing location makes our all-suite hotel the perfect Newcastle accommodation for couples, families, small groups and business travellers.About the roleAn exciting opportunity for an energetic Night Manager to join the Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Manager role is responsible for the smooth operation of overnight services, including auditing and reconciling daily financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced and align with established policies and procedures. In addition, the role involves assisting with room service orders and deliveries, Concierge services, and providing exceptional guest services to enhance front desk operations. The role will be working night shifts from 11pm 7am on a rotating roster.Salary: $79,589.29 pa + 12% superannuationKey Responsibilities:Complete and thorough audits of all daily revenue postings, making the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reportingProvide support to the Front Office team and other departments when requiredEnsure that reservation details for in-house guests are recorded correctly i.e. room rates, dates of stay, authority to chargeCollate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company charges to be forwarded to accounts departmentEnsure the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel''s overnight operationPrepare and distribute relevant reports.
