They''re seeking a Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise releases and ensure seamless delivery across internal teams, vendors, and strategic partners.This is a handson leadership role where you''ll oversee complex implementations, manage dependencies, and align technical delivery with business objectives and change initiatives.The roleAs the Implementation Lead, you will:Lead planning and execution of multiple enterprise releases, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are metCoordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and strategic partnersManage dependencies and integration points between workstreamsDirectly oversee the Program Scheduler for accurate programwide schedulingAct as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and change managersIdentify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues proactivelyFoster collaboration, accountability, and alignment across delivery teamsKey responsibilitiesProject leadership & governance:Establish and maintain governance frameworks: risk, issues, escalations, complianceEnsure adherence to organisational standards and regulatory requirementsDelivery coordination:Oversee technical delivery across multiple workstreams and vendorsManage integration points and dependencies between initiativesMonitor progress against scope, schedule, and budgetProvide clear reporting to senior leadership and steering committeesAlign technical implementation with business transformation and change management initiativesTeam leadership:Manage the Program Scheduler and support effective schedule and dependency managementPromote accountability and collaboration across teams and partnersWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience managing largescale technical implementations and enterprise releasesExperience in complex, multivendor enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of program scheduling, dependency management, and governanceFamiliarity with change management and transformation initiativesHandson experience with MS Project, JIRA, ConfluenceAgile or hybrid delivery methodology experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesPreferred:Industry certification such as PMP or Prince2Application questionsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as an Implementation Manager?Have you led largescale enterprise releases and managed dependencies across teams and vendors? #J-18808-Ljbffr
