Fair Foundations services include community development, case work, psychosocial and educational programs, disability services and children''s services.Our Community and Psychosocial Services are seeking a motivated and experiencedChild andFamily Therapist(CFT) who will deliver trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and culturally safe therapeutic interventions for children and young people, as well as their families.About this opportunity:Reporting to the Community and Clinical Practice Lead and working closely with theFamily Navigator,the CFT will focus on early intervention, aiming to reduce risk, promote healing, and strengthen protective factors within the child''s socio-ecological environment.The role provides individual, family, and group-based therapeutic support, psychoeducation, and strategies to build emotional regulation, empathy, and healthy relationships. ensures holistic care that addresses intersecting needs such as housing stress, school engagement, and carer wellbeing.
