We are a small, boutique, close-knit team that values integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationships with clients and among ourselves.The RoleThis is a full-time, remote contractor role for a Mortgage Broker / Loan Writer / Credit Representative.You will work closely with clients to assess their financial position, structure lending solutions, and manage applications across a range of finance needs.ResponsibilitiesAssisting clients with mortgage applications, refinancing, and debt consolidationAnalysing client financial profiles and structuring tailored solutionsManaging end-to-end loan processing and lender communicationProactive client communication and relationship managementSupporting mortgage marketing and referral partnershipsThis is a commission-only role, with OTE of $150k$200k+ per annum.Competitive commission splits and referral splits are available; earn what you are worth.QualificationsCertificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) (Must Have)DesirableDiploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322) (but not essential)Skills & ExperienceMortgage broking or loan writing experience preferred but not essentialExperience in debt consolidation or mortgage restructuring is advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsKnowledge of financial compliance and regulations (or willingness to learn)Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive teamYou do not need prior broking experience, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to talk to people you don''t know, the ability to answer phone calls, and loyalty are essential.Training, mentoring, and lead support are available. Support for further qualifications may be offered after 12 months (conditions apply).Location & EligibilityMust be an Australian residentThis is a remote-based role, although we do have a Gold Coast Office and more offices planned in Brisbane, NSW, and VictoriaWe are specifically seeking brokers located in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne to support client demand and regional relationshipsBusiness is based in Queensland, with travel to NSW and VIC every 46 monthsWhat It''s Like to Work With UsWe''re a boutique team supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other''s success.
