We believe children belong with their families whenever it is safe and possible and we work closely with the Department of Child Safety and the families to address the root causes of challenging behaviours and support positive change.About the RoleAs a Team Member you will play a vital role in supporting Children and Young People living in Residential Out-of-Home Care at our therapeutic rural properties where we focus on a technology-reduced model of care. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting Children and Young People who exhibit challenging behaviours helping them achieve their social educational cultural and emotional goals.
