If you''re a natural people leader with solid retail experience and a desire to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.Your skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will bring a genuine passion for fashion and charity retail, along with a creative flair for visual merchandising. You''ll enjoy curating engaging and welcoming store environments, using creativity to support promotions, events and an inspiring customer experience.You will have proven retail management experienceideally in apparel, homewares or secondhand retailand be confident in cash handling, register operations, and opening and closing procedures. Comfortable working both independently and while supervising others, you''ll lead teams with empathy, warmth and clear communication, particularly when supporting volunteers.Highly organised and adaptable, you''ll be able to juggle priorities in a busy, peoplefocused environment while embracing new systems and technology.
