This role is essential for improving network performance across 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G Ericsson networks.Detailed Job DescriptionAs an RF Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing KPIs, performing advanced tuning, and coordinating Drive Test teams to ensure optimal network quality. You will collaborate with planning and integration teams to maintain stability and deliver technical improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to regional network optimization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize and tune parameters in Ericsson networks (BSC, RNC, eNodeB, gNodeB)Analyze network KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, Availability)Diagnose and resolve degradations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Coordinate Drive Test teams and validate field dataPrepare performance reports and propose technical improvementsCollaborate with planning and integration teams to maintain network qualityRequired Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field8+ years of experience in Ericsson mobile network optimizationExpertise in 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G technologiesProficiency with ENM, MOSHELL, TEMS, Actix, Nemo Analyzer, MapInfoExperience leading or coordinating Drive Test teamsAdvanced technical English (written and spoken)Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with AT&T or T-Mobile network environmentsKnowledge of advanced KPI analysis and reporting toolsStrong troubleshooting and RCA documentation skillsAbility to work independently in high-demand technical environmentsRegional experience in Central America telecom projectsRecruitment Pro TipEmphasize your Ericsson optimization experience and proficiency with tools like ENM, MOSHELL, and TEMS in your CV.
