A major benefit with these positions is the flexibility as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.Your Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventoryExperience RequiredElectrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable natureIf you''re ready to apply for a specific vacancy now, please check out the list of open roles.
