In this dynamic role, you will support Flinders Online students across the entire student lifecycle, providing highquality guidance on enrolment, course requirements and university processes. As a key point of contact, you will deliver accurate and engaging information that helps students transition confidently into their studies and fosters a strong sense of connection. Working within a skilled team and collaborating with services across campuses and portfolios, you will contribute to seamless, studentcentred support. Based at the Flinders City Campus, you will also provide flexible assistance to the broader campus services team as operational needs arise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and high-quality enrolment and course advice services to Flinders Online students, including coordinating proactive calling campaigns, managing complex enquiries to resolution, and ensuring compliance with University policy, procedures, and legislation.Act as the primary contact for student lifecycle services, including enrolment changes, load management, class registration, leave of absence, withdrawals, international compliance and readmittance ensuring warm referrals, oversight to completion and timely resolutionCollaborating with Colleges and Portfolios to support communication strategies and other initiatives, including optimising Flinders Online content and materials to ensure information is accurate, clear, and accessible, providing students with consistent, supportive guidance throughout their learning journey.About YouYour excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be the key to your success, as you provide high quality customer service and demonstrate the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships with students, staff and stakeholders through constructive and collaborative interactions.
