This role offers flexibility, with time split across both sites and working from home on designated days.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller with strong SAP expertise to lead inventory accuracy and system integrity across our Australian operations. The inventory controller''s responsibility extends to our 8 DCs, manufacturing operations and E2E supply chain processes. As the SAP subjectmatter expert (SME) within the team, you will ensure our inventory, warehousing, and supply chain processes operate effectively within SAP and connected systems.This role is critical in:Ensuring accurate, realtime inventory data across sites and thirdparty warehousesManaging SAP inventory transactions, master data quality, and system controlsSupporting stock movements, replenishment, and operational planning through SAPConducting rootcause analysis for discrepancies, system issues, and interface errorsPartnering with supply chain, operations, finance, and 3PL providers to optimise system usage and inventory processesDriving continuous improvement initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and system utilisationEnsuring compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsAbout YouYou will bring strong analytical capability and a passion for accurate, wellcontrolled inventory processes. You thrive working across systems and operationsand you enjoy being the goto SAP expert others rely on.You can demonstrate:Expert-level knowledge of SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) within supply chain, inventory, warehousing, or production environments (e.g., IM, WM, MM, PP, or related modules)Proven experience in an inventory control or supply chain operations role, ideally in FMCG, dairy, or food manufacturingStrong understanding of warehouse management, stock control processes, and systemdriven workflowsAbility to create reports, analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and develop systembased solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with crossfunctional teams and 3PLsA proactive, problemsolving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvementBe Part of Dairy''s FutureGreat people continue to power this business forward.
