This role operates under a hybrid work arrangement, requiring four days onsite.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering: Partner with Fleet Operations to develop and analyse business proposals, providing datadriven recommendations to optimise profitability.Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Manage Fleet Variable Marketing forecasting and reporting, providing updates on variance analysis and business channel mix to track performance.Budget Oversight: Oversee Variable Marketing budget reporting and financial costing, driving financial ownership and accountability across the Fleet Operations team.Rebate guides: Provide regular reviews and analysis of key contracts and proposed rebate structures under differing market conditions.Pricing validation: Oversee the publication of timely and accurate fleet pricing to Ford dealers.Advanced Data Analytics: Utilize internal systems to generate key metrics, analysing Contribution Margins and Variable Marketing per unit to provide strategic advice to stakeholders.Process & System Optimisation: Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvements and systems.Governance & Compliance: Ensure robust financial control by maintaining "Rules of the Road" documentation, completing SOX/MCRP requirements, and managing internal and external audit queries.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
