It is also responsible for liaising and negotiating with stakeholders including customers, contractors, neighbors and permittees in a manner that enhances the reputation of FCNSW.We would love you to have:Knowledge and experience of forestry operations OR experience in other industries at a supervisory level will also be looked upon favourably;Experience in the construction and/or maintenance of natural surface roads.Ability to manage operations while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental care.Extensive experience in managing contractors with superior decision making and problem solving skills.Demonstrated experience in operational compliance audits to ensure continuous improvement.Ability to contribute to fire preparedness and suppression activities. Full training will be provided.Ability to learn, interpret and enforce rules, regulations, operational conditions and code of practice.
